I'm patient but this is frustrating to say the least. I was hoping I could get some help from an Adobe rep here in Spiceworks. I did try the domain administrator account on this PC but it still pulled my personal adobe ID when it tried to activate it. Some ideas I've not tried were to log in locally and install it with an account that has nothing to do with my personal Microsoft account. I'd love to just get on the phone with someone and resolve this. I've contacted Adobe but I keep getting transferred via chatr to different chat tech support people and they provide fixes that do not fix it. But I've never provided my personal email to Adobe on my work PC. Ensure the XML file and provisioning toolkit are in the same folder and run the following command on the end user machine.I have two Adobe ID's Which should be true But this is a standalone copy of Acrobat DC. Generate the XML file before going to the end user machine. On Windows, ensure you launch the command prompt as as Administrator. Important: You can copy the provisioning toolkit to another location to perform these commands. You will need to run the commands below against the Provisioning Toolkit which is installed by the Creative Cloud Packager.
